"Councillors say one thing in public and privately say another thing ... total contradiction."
"I'm on the Wyberton Parish Council, and we can write to Lincoln, to the Highways, and we do not even get a response ... the Secretary will write a letter and we are totally ignored."
"I think what's happening at the moment, the Civil Servants are actually running the County and the Town [the Officers], and the Councillors don't seem to have any power. They seem to do whatever is put before them, they say 'yes' ... we haven't a clue what the Councillors are saying in Committee, or out of Committee - open Council meetings? We've no idea."
